30-Day Return Window

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Issues

  • Wrong item received
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item never arrived (lost in transit)

How We Handle It

Items under $30

We issue a full refund or free reship — no return required. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Items $30 and over

We may request the item be returned. If required, we provide a prepaid return label. Once received, we issue a full refund or reship within 3 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Opened/used consumable products (supplements, treats) returned for reasons other than defect
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

How to Start a Return

Email hello@snuggie.ai with:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Photo (if damaged or wrong item)

We respond within 2 business hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
