Where We Ship
Currently shipping to the United States only. International shipping coming soon.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times (US)

Most orders ship Tier 1. Tier 2 applies only for items not available through Tier 1 suppliers at time of order.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your order at the carrier website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on supplier).
Shipping Costs
- ✓ Free shipping on all orders $35 and over
- Flat $4.99 shipping on orders under $35
Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other external factors. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@snuggie.ai.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
